French Swinger, 8 day cast metal figural clock, Guillmet movement stamped Medaille D'Or, Paris, c1890
CONDITION:
the standing classical female figure, with a nest of birds in her hand, has its old worn surface but no breaks or damage. The arm's surfaces also look to have their worn original patina with some oxidation. The porcelain dial and beveled glass are fine. Inside the movement canister is a rate adjuster raised and lowered by a small knob on the top. Ht 32" overall.
